Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Order Transit Time

  • Order Processing time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order transit time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time (New York)

  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days

Shipping costs:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within North America. For order under $100, total costs calculated at the checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Methods:

Each product is handled carefully by UPS, USPS, or FedEx and shipped as quickly as possible.

Change of Address:

Customers can change their shipping address by contacting our customer service team within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Shipping Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel an order for free within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers may still return the product upon receipt in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Policy for Packages Damaged in Transit:

If you notice your package has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged items.

After reviewing the claim, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit for items confirmed as damaged in transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey on our Order Tracking page.
