Return Conditions

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from GIOOVANOTTI is required.

  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.

  • Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: Restocking fee charging 10%
