ORDERS AND SHIPPING

What are the estimated delivery times?

The Total Delivery Time is calculated by adding the Order Processing Time and the Order Transit Time:

• Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Order Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, New York)

How does free shipping work?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within North America (USA and Canada).

For orders under $100, the total shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping is handled carefully by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You may cancel an order for a full refund or change the shipping address if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

What should I do if my package is damaged in transit?

If you notice your package has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged items. After reviewing the claim, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit for items confirmed as damaged in transit.
