Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. At Gioovanotti, we accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at hello@gioovanotti.com to initiate a return.
